Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your email box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email boxes against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just select the mail account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
